I have been attending this practice since it opened on the Chiswick High Road at the begining of last year. You could have called me a reluctant and nervous patient with regards to dentists - just mentioning the word brought me out in a sweat!  However, this modern practice with state of the art equipment, spotless surgery and staff who are helpful and kind made me feel very comfortable and relaxed from the word go. They listened to all my concerns and then from the begining, discussed every stage of my treatment with me .

I am no longer a nervous patient because I have complete trust in them with my dental care.  I now attend with Kathy for my hygiene sessions every 6 months with out a second thought.

Having been with my first dentist for 37 years, it was with much trepidation that I set out to find myself a new dentist who was both professional, bang up to date and child friendly. In Chiswick Smiles I have found this. Andrew seems to have his finger on the pulse with regard to all the new technology out there and the practice is always incredibly friendly and caring. Last week I had some extractions done for which I was very nervous, they held my hand all the way and worked really well as a team as I was cared for by several specialists at the time. You really feel you are in safe hands when you go there.  It is great to have such a professional practice in my local neighbourhood, easy to take the children and for reticent husbands who can go on a Saturday or early evening. Since my extractions I have been going for regular checkups, which really makes me feel that I am being followed all the way through my treatment.

The practice is very modern with state-of-the-art equipment but it is not at all clinical; the staff are welcoming and friendly and the atmosphere is relaxing - you feel that you can trust them to look after you.
